Life coaching

Life coaching is an inspiring way to make changes in your well-being and all facets of your life, whether you’re looking for a small adjustment or a fresh start. Our certified coaches have formal training in integrated health and wellness, as well as in the field of behavioral psychology. They’ll meet you where you are today, and guide you along the path to your best self, providing motivation and accountability when challenges arise.

In life coaching, you and your coach will determine what to work on – based on your needs and time. In one-on-one sessions, your coach will teach you skills and ways of thinking that lead to personal growth, greater resiliency – and a sense of well-being.

Health psychology counseling

We all want to feel good about ourselves and be able to make the most out of each and every day. Having strong emotional well-being contributes to your overall ability to live a healthy life. Our health psychologist combines her training in clinical psychology with broad skills in integrative mind/body medicine to help people who are struggling to feel fulfilled and resilient in their lives, including relationships, career and overall health and lifestyle. She is a wonderful listener. She’ll work with your needs, and teach you holistic skills and approaches to your challenges, including breathing techniques, resiliency tools and new responses to stress. She’ll also connect you to different Ways to Wellness services that may benefit your journey to mind/body wellness.

Therapeutic massage

Self-care is so important to managing day-to-day stress and challenges and maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit balance. Come and enjoy a relaxing and therapeutic massage in the peaceful, comfortable atmosphere of Ways to Wellness. Each of our therapists has their own unique style and strength, including full-body Swedish, shiatsu, myofascial release and deep tissue massage. (Prenatal massage is offered in second and third trimesters; call for more information.) They’ll customize your massage to your needs and preferences, so you leave our luxurious heated tables feeling restored, calm and relaxed.
