Our expert trainers offer a full spectrum of group and one-on-one classes, and they'll keep you motivated to work out so you meet your weight loss and fitness goals.


Group fitness classes

For your convenience, we offer a full spectrum of group fitness classes at varying times throughout the week. Our group workouts are a great way to add structure, variety and challenge to your fitness routines. They also offer a chance to make new friends and build the sense of camaraderie that makes working out more fun, boosts accountability – and keeps you coming back. Plus, seeing your classmates giving it their all is a great motivator to work harder.

Our class schedule varies, but here’s a sample of the great workouts we offer:

Pilates Reformer training

With a major focus on core stability, the STOTT Pilates Reformer can help restore the natural curves of the spine, increase abdominal strength, reduce muscle tension and improve self-confidence. Our instructors have extensive experience in Pilates training and developing exercise experiences that create profound results.

The STOTT Pilates Reformer offers more than 500 specific exercises, so it can meet the needs of most special populations. It creates movement that can improve musculoskeletal performance without risking injury or building bulk. So whether you are a post-rehab patient or an athlete, our Pilates instructors can work with you to enhance your current levels of strength, flexibility and endurance. The result? A balanced and aligned body that looks and feels revitalized.

For your convenience, our STOTT Pilates Reformer training is available in a variety of one-and-one and group options. Choose from:

Private sessions
One-on-one training sessions offer a personalized full body workout based on your goals.

Duo and trio sessions
If you like to schedule workouts with friends, then the duo or trio session is a great option.

Fast Track to the Reformer
In three sessions, you will learn basic Pilates skills so you can take group classes. You must take this class prior to any group Pilates class unless you have significant prior experience.

Reformer group classes
You can join us for small group classes that will include a maximum of four people.

Our fitness specialists can help you with everything from meeting your weight loss goals to training for an event or bringing more variety and fun to your workouts. They are friendly, nonjudgmental experts in fitness and motivation. From the beginner to the elite athlete, they’ll personalize your experience, providing great workouts – and the support and inspiration you need to keep going and succeed.

Schedule a Personal Trainer

Personal training is available in 30-, 45- and 60-minute sessions for individuals or in groups of two or three. You can schedule them using either of these options:
