Improve your digestive health through group visits.
We invite you to join an exciting series of group visits developed by the medical team at HealthEast Clinic - Grand Avenue. The series consists of four visits, which will focus on self-care skills to improve your digestive health.
Group visits will be led by Dr. Dan Larkin and Dr. Bernadette Clevenger. Visits will be billed to your insurance and you may be responsible for any co-pays depending upon your insurance coverage. Anyone with digestive problems or a chronic medical condition can benefit from the series.
The visits will include a brief individual assessment, mind-body skills to reduce stress, an educational component and an opportunity to share your experience with others.
We ask that you make a commitment to attend the whole series, as each session will build on the previous one. We will not prescribe or change any medication nor deal with any acute medical issues.
Series will be at Grand Avenue Clinic from 6 to 8 pm on the following Tuesdays: October 10, 17, 24 and 31.
Proper digestion is the cornerstone to good health. We will focus on the functional medicine approach to good digestion which takes a look at the 5R’s:
1) Remove poorly tolerated foods/infections from the body.
2) Replace factors needed for proper digestion.
3) Repopulate the good bacteria in the intestine.
4) Repair the cells making up the digestive system.
5) Rebalance the nervous system with stress reduction techniques.
How to register: Please call 651-326-5640 to register. Space is limited so we ask that you honor your commitment to the program.
