Emotion can overwhelm the rational mind and derail our best intentions. Discover what is holding you back from lasting change and make a plan to move forward. This class will dive into understanding that when dealing with change, your emotions and rational mind (reasoning) can work together instead of in opposition to achieve lasting change. Participants are encouraged to read the book Switch: How to Create Lasting Change by Dan and Chip Heath.
