Our clinical advocates are available to:
- Answer questions and address concerns regarding services and care received at any HealthEast clinics and hospitals
- Strive for resolution of concerns expressed by patients and families regarding their HealthEast experience
Senior Partners Care Coordinator: 651-232-4818
Senior Partners Care (SPC) is a program for Medicare beneficiaries on limited incomes who are unable to afford a Medicare secondary insurance. Doctors and hospitals participating in SPC may waive co-pays and deductibles not paid by Medicare for those enrolled in SPC. Our care coordinator can help:
- Assist qualified patients in enrolling in SPC
- Find a primary care clinic for an enrollee that participates with SPC
- Find specialty care for an enrollee that participates with SPC
Our reimbursement advocates can help you better understand:
- Estimated visit/procedure charges for non-insured patients
- Anticipated insurance reimbursement for a specific medical service
