Cranes of Hope is a group of cancer patients, survivors and supporters that meet once a month to create artist trading cards to support cancer patients in need of hope and inspiration. Each card is a work of art, however, no artistic abilities are required! (All supplies will be provided but if you have scrapbooking supplies to donate, please do!)
Those that have joined this group have found that it is healing, therapeutic and a wonderful way to give back and share a little hope and inspiration to other cancer patients.
Date: Second Thursday of the month
Time: 1:30 to 8 pm - stay as long or as little as you have time for
Place: Woodwinds Hospital, Lower Level Lobby, Cafeteria
Contact: Susan Lombardi, RN, 651-232-0317
Visit the Cranes of Hope website to see the artist bios, photo gallery and upcoming events.
