The next time you're feeling ill, try a HealthEast MyChart eVisit from the comfort of your home. An eVisit is a fast and affordable way to connect with a health care provider about a non-urgent illness.
Our eVisit providers treat the following conditions:
- Back pain
- Ear pain
- Red eye
- Sinus problems
- Sore throat
- Urinary problems
- Vaginal discharge/irritation
Simply answer a few questions through your MyChart account online. Our eVisit provider will review your symptoms and health history and provide a treatment plan and prescription or recommend you be seen in the clinic by your provider (no eVisit charge would apply in this case).
The maximum out-of-pocket cost for an e-visit is $40, which is covered by some forms of insurance.
eVisits are answered within 24 business hours. If it is a weekend, you can expect a response the next business day. Please note: eVisits are not responded to on holidays.
eVisits are conducted by a HealthEast provider, nurse practitioner or physician assistant with access to your health records, so you can have peace of mind knowing your care is our top priority.
