Can I change my mind after I purchase and start a program or package?
At Ways to Wellness, we take pride in working one-on-one with each of our clients and meeting them where they are in their own personal wellness journey. We suggest our clients take advantage of our complimentary/no obligation, 30-minute consultation with one of our coaches to help determine which program or service is best suited for each client. To best serve our clients, our service packages including personal training, nutrition consultations and health and wellness coaching are interchangeable and most appointments are available via skype at no additional charge. Simply ask your Wellness Coach for more information.
When do packages expire?
Most packages/programs will expire 12 months from date of purchase, with the exception of the 60 Day Challenge that expires 120 days after date of purchase.
Can I get a refund for any unused visits?
No. Refunds are not available for any unused sessions/appointments. We certainly will work with you to find ways to meet your needs. All of our services are interchangeable so you can find something to meet your needs.
Your cancellation policy is 24 hour notice. What happens if my car won’t start or I have a family emergency?
Although we do adhere closely to our 24 hour advance notice cancellation policy, we also know “life happens” and consider each situation individually. Most appointments are available via Skype which may be a great option for those unpredictable moments of vehicle issues, sick children or inclement weather. It’s easy and free to set up a Skype account. Ask your Wellness Coach for more information.
Are there any other Ways to Wellness locations?
Ways to Wellness is currently located only on the Woodwinds Health Campus in Woodbury, MN. If you are an employee of HealthEast Care System, ask today about Wellness opportunities offered at other HealthEast sites.
Can I bring my newborn or toddler with me to my appointments?
We recommend you come to each of your appointments by yourself to gain the most benefit and to be present. We do understand special circumstances may arise and will certainly work with you and your schedule to accommodate the best we can.
Can I use one of my sessions from my other service package to try out a Pilates session?
Ways to Wellness has certain staff members who are STOTT Pilates Certified. If your Nutrition and Fitness Specialist has this training, you are welcome to “try out” the Pilates Reformer with your trainer at your next scheduled appointment if the room and reformer is available. If you choose to upgrade future appointments to the Pilates Reformer, a $10 fee per appointment will be charged. Please ask your trainer for more information.
How often does the group fitness schedule change?
We typically offer a new group fitness schedule a couple times a year (January through May, June through August, and September through December).
Can I just pay to come to a group fitness class? Do you offer a daily drop in rate?
No, all group fitness classes are included and a part of our 24/7 Fitness Center Membership. Yes, you can drop in and use the 24/7 Fitness Center or attend any group fitness class for $10/day. Just stop by the Be Well Boutique office to pay the daily fee and sign a waiver and liability form.
Do I have to sign a 12 month contract if I decide to join the 24/7 Membership?
No. It’s that simple. When you sign up for the 24/7 Membership at Ways to Wellness, you may cancel at any time by giving us a minimum of 30 days notification via phone, email or in person.
Can I pay month-to-month for the 24/7 Membership? What is the minimum age for joining?
No, we set up all memberships using an autopay system where we charge a credit card or debit card attached to a bank account each month automatically. The minimum age for joining the 24/7 Fitness Center Membership is 18 years or 15 years if accompanied by a parent 100% of the time.
Are the Pilates Reformer available to use with the 24/7 Membership?
No, the Pilates Reformers must always be used ONLY with Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor.
Do you offer Senior discounts or a HealthEast employee discount pricing?
We do not currently offer any Senior discounts at this time. However, we do offer an employee pricing for the majority of our services. Please call 651-232-1926 for more information or reference the HealthEast Infonet for more information and a printable pricing guide.
Are gift certificates available for purchase?
Yes, gift certificates may be purchased in any amount and may be used on any of our services and/or retail in the Be Well Boutique.
