Our highly trained professionals are certified in STOTT Pilates and have experience working with a multitude of different populations. Our STOTT instructors attend annual workshops to enhance their current wealth of knowledge and bring forth new concepts to meet their clients’ specific needs.

Pilates Reformer training is available as one-on-one or duo sessions, or as a group.

  • One-on-one sessions
    One-on-one private training sessions offer a unique and personalized full body workout that is individually designed for an individual's specific needs, based on their personal goals.

  • Duo sessions
    Semi-private training sessions include two clients and one trainer. If the one-on-one session isn't in your budget and a group session isn't as individualized as you would like, then the duo session is perfect for you.

  • Group Pilates Reformer sessions
    Group sessions provide the same great results as our one-on-one session, but are a more affordable approach and can bring more commitment and motivation to your workout. Maximum of four people.
