Initial assessments:
- Metabolic testing
- Body composition (body fat, BMI, waist/hip ratio)
- Fitness evaluations (strength, flexibility, cardio-respiratory, endurance)
- VO2 (Own Index)
- Nutrition evaluation
Followed by:
- Six (6) 30-minute individual private follow-up sessions
- Final assessment to evaluate progress and step next steps
