Initial assessments:

  • Metabolic testing
  • Body composition (body fat, BMI, waist/hip ratio)
  • Fitness evaluations (strength, flexibility, cardio-respiratory, endurance)
  • VO2 (Own Index)
  • Nutrition evaluation

Followed by:

  • Six (6) 30-minute individual private follow-up sessions
  • Final assessment to evaluate progress and step next steps
