Anything Goes
Thursdays, 4:10 to 4:55 pm Trainer: Beth Dierkhising Woodwinds Oak Center
Be ready for a surprise! This class keeps the options wide open for a fun-filled work-out that will increase your heart rate and strengthen your muscles. Each class will incorporate different resistance and cardio exercises. You may even get to experience some dancing along the way!

Cardio Resistance Circuit*

Experience heart pumping cardio drills combined with a unique one person per station total body strength circuit. Challenge your muscular endurance and blast through fat in this all-in-one class.

Gentle Yoga
Thursdays, 12:10 to 12:55 pm Trainer: Lisa Somerville
Realign, stretch and de-stress in this gentle yoga flow class. Restorative yoga poses will focus on alignment, posture and breath work to deliver oxygen to your muscles...rejuvenate and bring energy to your day.
Meditation
Mondays, 12:10 to 12:55 pm Trainer: Pam Shepley
The goal of this class is self-care. It is an opportunity to relax, still your body, and be guided through meditation in a warm and comforting setting. Participants with be encouraged to become more aware of their thoughts and feelings in a nonjudgmental and growth-promoting way. The focus of the meditation varies week to week, but is applicable to everyone. Participants leave with a rejuvenated body, mind and spirit.
Tabata Express (30 minute class)
Wednesdays, 4 to 4:30 pm Trainer: Sara Bernstein
Get your workout done in half the time with the Tabata Training Method (8 exercises-6 sets each) involving short and intense work bursts followed by rest periods to burn through muscle and give you the calorie burn you are looking for. Results in half the time!
Tabata Plus Yoga
Fridays, 12:10 to 12:55 pm Trainer: Rachel Larson
Utilize the Tabata Training Method (8 exercises – 6 sets each) involving short and intense work bursts followed by rest periods to maximize your calorie burn and muscle strength. Sun and moon salutations with stretching will complete your total body workout. Leave feeling worked to the core yet stretched out and ready for the weekend!
Ultimate Body Challenge*
Tuesdays, 5:30 to 6:30 am Trainer: Brenda Navin
Your limits will be challenges in this Cardio-Strength Interval blend. Anything goes in this class!
