From the moment you walk through our doors, we strive to make your experience with us second to none. Whether you are a patient or a visitor, we will do our best to make you comfortable in our welcoming environment. And while you are at Woodwinds, our caring staff would be glad to answer your questions or listen to your concerns.

Visiting 

Please check in when you arrive at either the Welcome Center or Emergency Department entrance so our staff can confirm the room number of the person you are visiting.

Family and friends play an important role in the healing process and are welcome to visit anytime.  However we ask that you are respectful of the patient's need to rest during recovery.

Guest Services/Concierge

Hundreds of community volunteers help Woodwinds deliver compassionate care. Our Guest Services program provides all the little touches that make your hospital stay more comfortable.

Guests Services volunteers will:

• Deliver newspapers, magazines, laptops and video games — including Nintendo and PlayStation
• Provide entertainment and ambiance in Towne Center with piano music during meal times.
• Provide bedside companionship. Our volunteers are there to read you a book, help you write a note or just spend time with you.
