We also offer Ways to Wellness, a program that focuses on nutrition, fitness and weight management. Whatever your goals may be, our Ways to Wellness coaches can tailor the program for you. Ways to Wellness offers 12-week programs for adults and families, including children ages 8-17, as well as metabolic testing, personal training and balance assessments. Our Ways to Wellness coaches are registered dietitians and certified personal trainers and offer exclusive one-to-one attention that takes into consideration your life, your schedule and your goals.
Our Lifelong Nutrition for Women program is designed for you to make gradual changes in your daily diet resulting in more energy, lower health risks and feeling good about your body. Learn how to plan a menu, read food labels, grocery shop, eat on the run and more with personal visits with our Registered Dietitian.
