The HealthEast Passport Program and the City of Saint Paul are proud to sponsor City Passport. A place for people 50 and better, the center is located in the Alliance Bank Building in downtown St. Paul.

City Passport is a place to socialize, learn and get involved in the community. We have a classroom, private conference room, computer lab and a social area with periodicals and a large television.
