Ways to Wellness

We know losing weight is hard work. Developing healthy habits and exercise routines take time and effort. The goal of the Ways to Wellness program is to provide you and your family with the individualized tools you need to be successful. Our approach takes into consideration your life, your schedule and your goals.

Our Wellness Coaches are both registered dietitians and certified personal trainers, who are trained in sports nutrition, weight management, cholesterol management, heart care, diabetes, as well as personal training, including personal home fitness, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, cardio boot camp and more.

Programs for adults and families

Adults and families who are losing weight have different needs, so we offer programs for both. Each program provides wellness assessments, comprehensive wellness plans, nutrition counseling and personal training.
