Q: What services do you offer? How do I decide?

A: We offer cooking classes, private chef consults, personal training, group fitness classes, Pilates Reformer classes (private, duo or group), nutrition coaching, and health and wellness coaching. Start by booking a complimentary consultation with one of our coaches to learn which services are recommended based on your goals and interests.

Q: When do packages expire?

A: Many packages/programs expire 12 months from date of purchase, although some expire within 3 months. Please check the expiration date of your package prior to purchase.

Q: Can I get a refund for any unused visits?

A: No. Refunds are not available for any unused sessions/appointments.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: We have a 24-hour advance-notice cancellation policy. At Ways to Wellness, we call this our "Accountability Policy." We believe in the power of accountability and that adhering to scheduled session times is important. If you cannot physically make it in for your appointment, you can request a phone session instead.

Q: Where is Ways to Wellness located?

A: Ways to Wellness locations include: Woodwinds Health Campus in Woodbury, HealthEast Clinic - Stillwater, and HealthEast Midway campus in St. Paul. Not all sessions are available at all locations. There are two additional HealthEast employee locations at St. John’s Hospital in Maplewood (in the old resource center) and Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul (on C level). Q: Can I bring my newborn or toddler with me to my appointments?

A: We recommend you come to each of your appointments by yourself to gain the most benefit and to be truly present. We do understand special circumstances may arise and will work with you to accommodate the best we can.

Q: Can I go to any 8 for $80 group fitness class I want to attend?

A: Each series is class specific. Once enrolled, you cannot switch classes mid-series. If you miss a day/class of the specific series you are enrolled in, you may not attend another class of another series on a different day.

Q: Can I drop-in to an 8 for $80 group fitness class?

A: Our drop-in fee is $20. You will need to call Ways to Wellness in advance at 651-232-1926 and ask if there is room in the class you wish to attend. We always recommend that you commit for the entire class series to get the most benefit. (Example, yoga every Monday for eight consecutive weeks at 3:45 pm.)
