About Ways to Wellness

Ways to Wellness is about creating a program that is customized to you and your goals. We look at the entire person to help create a plan that can be implemented and followed - not a quick solution to a long-term issue. It’s about changing your point of view from "why bother" to "why not."  Whether you need help with motivation, weight loss, fitting in fitness or reducing your stress, our expert staff of health care professionals is here to help you improve your well-being through changes in nutrition, exercise and behavior.

The main Ways to Wellness location is on Woodwinds Health Campus in Woodbury, Minnesota, and we also offer classes at HealthEast Stillwater Clinic and HealthEast's Midway campus in St. Paul. Our nutrition and fitness specialists are registered dietitians and certified personal trainers who are experts in weight management, therapeutic nutrition, corrective exercise, fitness training, group exercise and leading lifestyle/behavioral change.
