About Ways to Wellness

Ways to Wellness provides coaching and classes in nutrition, fitness and mind/body wellness. Whether you need help with weight loss, workout motivation, stress reduction, work-life balance or depression and anxiety, we’re here to help. Our approach is kind and non-judgmental: We’ll meet you right where you are today.

At Ways to Wellness, we’re all about you and your goals. We’ll look at the whole you and create a plan you can implement and follow. We’ll change your point of view from "why bother" to "why not” – because a healthier you awaits.

Ways to Wellness Locations

The main Ways to Wellness location is on Woodwinds Health Campus in Woodbury, Minnesota, and we also offer classes at HealthEast Stillwater Clinic and HealthEast's Midway campus in St. Paul. Additionally, we offer two HealthEast employee-only locations at St. John’s Hospital in Maplewood and Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul.
