Ways to Wellness Locations

The main Ways to Wellness location is on Woodwinds Health Campus in Woodbury, Minnesota, and we also offer classes at HealthEast Stillwater Clinic and HealthEast's Midway campus in St. Paul. Additionally, we offer two HealthEast employee-only locations at St. John’s Hospital in Maplewood and Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul.
