St. John's is pleased to offer waterbirth as an option to expectant moms. A waterbirth is when the baby is born under water in a wide, deep tub. Waterbirth has steadily grown in popularity because of the calming effects of warm water. Water has many soothing benefits and has been shown to calm and comfort — even during labor and delivery.
