St. Joseph's Hospital is committed to providing patients and their guests with excellent care and service.

Cash machine/ATM

There are ATMs located on the lobby level next to the Carondelet Welcome Center as well as one in the de Paul Tower on the 1^st Floor in the link between the parking ramp and the main entrance.

Cell/wireless phones

We ask that you turn off your cell phone in patient care areas. This is due to the risk of possible interference with our electrical equipment. There are "safe zones" located throughout the hospital where cell phone use is allowed. Please ask hospital staff for nearby safe zones.

Flower delivery

Flower deliveries are accepted at the Welcome Center and delivered to patient rooms by our volunteers. Please note that flowers are not allowed in ICU or oncology rooms and due to their strong fragrance, stargazer lilies are prohibited in all patient rooms.

Gift Shop

The St. Joseph's Gift Shop (651-232-3241) offers flowers, cards and unique gift ideas. Located on the lobby level on the JGM Building, the gift shop is open during most visiting hours. All proceeds benefit St. Joseph's Hospital.

Internet/wireless access

St. Joseph's provides wireless access so patients and guests can bring a laptop computer and use the Internet at the hospital.

Please note that St. Joseph's cannot guarantee the security of information sent over the wireless network. Also, web sites that are considered inappropriate are blocked.

Lab tests (outpatient)

If you're coming to St. Joseph's to get your blood drawn for a lab test, the outpatient blood draw station is conveniently located on the first floor of the de Paul Tower.

Blood draw hours are:

• Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm
• Saturday 9 am to 1 pm
• Sundays and holidays – closed

Patient & family advocate

We recognize that the complexity of today's health care environment can be confusing. Our advocates can help you understand health care billing, costs and insurance. Advocates also assist in resolving concerns about medical care. To speak with an advocate call 651-232-3737.

Smoking

St. Joseph's Hospital, along with all HealthEast hospitals, clinics and outpatient facilities, is tobacco free. Smoking is prohibited on hospital grounds. Thank you for not smoking or using tobacco while visiting our facility.
