Our new location is open!
Our new HealthEast Spine Center is open. In this new, larger location, we continue to focus on caring for our patients and providing non-surgical treatments for back and neck pain. Our friendly staff will guide you through the process to ensure that together we exceed your expectations. Take a video tour of our new facility.
A new approach to restoring your healthy back and neck
We realize that everyone is different and while surgery may be an option for some, it is not for everyone. Our full spectrum approach to spine care includes an array of techniques including physical rehabilitation, injection therapy and if needed, surgery.
Our dedicated and experienced Spine Care team will work directly with you and your primary physician to create a care plan that is based on your individual needs and goals. This ensures that all factors of your life – personal and family history, as well as workplace concerns – are considered and addressed.

Guiding you through the process
A spine nurse navigator will work closely with you to coordinate recommendations from your care team, provide education and answer any questions you have along the way.
Your nurse navigator will continue to coordinate your ongoing treatment plan, keeping your referring physician informed of your progress. Your navigator will also call you from time to time to check in on your progress and discuss your new goals.
Process for receiving spine treatment at HealthEast:
- Before your first appointment, a member of the team will contact you to discuss your care. You will be asked about the details that led to your back or neck pain, things that make your symptoms both better and worse and how your daily activities or work life may be effected.
- If you have had recent spine images (x-ray, CT, MRI, discogram) or other related tests (bone scan, EMG) that have been taken at a facility that partners with HealthEast, we will request your results and have them sent to us directly.
- Your detailed medical information is reviewed electronically by a board certified medical spine physician. Our Spine Nurse Navigator will call you with the recommendations from our physician, which may include appointments for additional testing, treatments or orders to begin physical therapy with one of our specialized therapists. Together we will determine the best treatment options to fit your needs.
- Your spine nurse navigator will continue as your personal resource to help guide you through your treatment plan and keep you on track toward achieving your goals for a heathier you.
The process begins by calling our Spine Center at 651-326-5444 and answering a few questions.
