Daniel Sipple, DO
Dr. Daniel Sipple is the HealthEast Spine Center Medical Director. He graduated from the University of Minnesota and attended medical school at Des Moines University. He performed his internship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and his residency at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Dr. Sipple completed his fellowship training in interventional pain medicine through Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, MD.
Dr. Sipple specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of a variety of musculoskeletal and pain disorders, with an emphasis on spine care. He is experienced in performing numerous interventions, including epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency, spinal cord stimulation and ultrasound guided procedures.

Jennifer Kendall Thomas, DO
Dr. Kendall Thomas graduated from the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine where she completed her osteopathic manipulative medicine fellowship. She completed her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency and interventional spine fellowship at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Kendall Thomas is actively involved in the American Osteopathic Association and the American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Her practice interests include lumbar stenosis, sacroiliac dysfunction, osteopathic manual medicine and pain centralization.

Marland D. Gilbert, PAC
Marland Gilbert graduated from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, earning a Doctor of Chiropractic before earning a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Alabama.
Marland began his health care career as a surgical technician in the U.S. Navy and then as a surgical technologist in two Atlanta, Georgia, hospitals for 14 years in addition to providing chiropractic care four of those years. Marland has been practicing as a physician assistant and medical provider for National Guard in Minnesota since 2008.

Elyse M. Fox, CNP
Elyse Fox is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee.
Elyse is in process to receive her Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) certification. Elyse's practice interests include spine care/pain care, first assisting and spinal cord stimulation.
