Our team consists of a doctor who dedicates his practice to palliative care and hospice care, and an advanced practice nurse. As the service grows, a social worker and chaplain will join the team. Currently, social work and Spiritual Care services are provided by the unit social worker and hospital chaplain.
Working closely with your doctor, we may offer recommendations to reduce your symptoms. We offer a collaborative approach that stresses communication. We don't take over the role of your doctor.
