St. John's Hospital Recognizes Exceptional Leaders & ER Staff

Radiology supervisor, Anita Eicher, RT, received the first semi-annual RAVE "Building a Bridge in Our Community" award. This award supports St. John's employees who make a difference in the communities the hospital serves. Giving back to our community is an important part of St. John's culture.

Anita has dedicated her time and resources to many community events and causes including Race for the Cure, Treasured Chests, Century College Radiology students, SAGE program, Many Faces of Hope annual conference and many others.

Receiving the first semi-annual RAVE "Excellence in Leadership" award was Paula Dellis, RN, who's a Clinical Director of patient care on the hospital's second floor (P2). This award is for a leader who has demonstrated leadership that led to a significant improvement in staff retention, engagement and patient satisfaction. Paula was nominated for her many contributions to St. John's, HealthEast and her team.

St. John's Hospital's Emergency Department received St. John's first semi-annual RAVE "Teaming to Making a Difference" award. This award is for a team that has exhibited a true sense of team spirit through embracing excellent patient or employee experience. The St. John's Emergency Department staff was nominated for providing excellent patient care while being flexible in an every-changing environment.

St. John's Hospital has one of the busiest Emergency Departments in the Twin Cities East Metro with its staff treating more than 40,000 patients a year.
