We provide comprehensive evaluation and referral to the level of care that best meets your unique needs. HealthEast Mental Health and Addiction Services cares for adults (ages 18 and older) in a compassionate and supportive environment. We would be honored to partner with you in navigating life's toughest challenges, with the goal of restoring health and wellness.
Within our inpatient and outpatient programs, we specialize in treating individuals with addiction care needs and mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and bi-polar disease. We also offer a range of options for those seeking treatment for both addiction and mental health services (dual diagnoses).
Our integrated approach to treatment includes:

Mental Health Emergency Care
If you or a loved one is in crisis, we can help. Our team of Emergency Department doctors, nurses and crisis social workers are ready to assist around the clock at three convenient locations: St. Joseph's Hospital in downtown St. Paul, St. John's Hospital in Maplewood, and Woodwinds Health Campus in Woodbury.

Inpatient chemical dependency (patient care unit 2700):
- Saturdays, 10:45 to 11:45 am
- Sundays, 1 to 3 pm
Up to 2 adult visitors (at least 18 years old) are permitted to visit at the same time. Visits for children/adolescents (those under 18) may be arranged if approved by a counselor.
Inpatient mental health (patient care units 4500 & 5500):
- Daily, 7 to 8 pm
- Weekends & holidays, 10:30 to 11:30 am and 7 to 8 pm
Visitors must be 18 years of age or older.
