All HealthEast childbirth,  HypnoBirthing, breastfeeding and newborn care classes are now offered through a partnership with Amma Parenting Center. Our fathers' classes and our infant loss support group will remain at HealthEast.
Amma Parenting Center is a one-stop resource for new and expecting parents to get the education and support they need. From childbirth classes to lactation support and beyond, Amma offers it all.
Classes will be held at the following locations and taught by Amma's educators. Amma Parenting Center's class menu covers support and education for families both before and after the baby arrives.

When searching for a class on the Amma web site, you can sort by location to find your desired location. You're invited to take classes at any of the four locations, regardless of where you plan to give birth. Prenatal classes fill quickly, so please register early to have the best chance at getting the class of your choice.

Postpartum support
Becoming a mother isn't always easy. If it's been harder than you thought it would be, or you're struggling to find your sense of self, we encourage you to join Circle of Moms.
Circle of Moms is a safe, welcoming space for women to gather and discuss the not-so-easy parts of motherhood. It gives you a space to share stories, build your village of other supportive moms, discuss realistic expectations, learn when to seek help, and develop strategies for self care.
Preregistration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. View upcoming dates:
