This course was developed by the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Academy of Pediatrics. It is helpful for anyone who cares for children. Topics include infant and child safety. You will learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and foreign body airway obstruction (FBAO) management.
The course is taught by certified AHA Instructors. Manuals will be provided in class.

Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE)
The ECFE program in your community offers classes, home visits and drop-in opportunities for parents and their newborns. Along with your baby, you will play and learn together. ECFE is part of the Community Education Program in your School District.

New Parents’ Connection
This is a fun and light-hearted opportunity for parents of newborns age birth to four months to get parenting ideas and learn about infant growth and development. Attend with your baby — grandparents and extended family are welcome, too! This group meets weekly at Woodwinds Health Campus.

Infant Massage
Massage offers babies and parents a special way to interact that enhances bonding, communicates love, reduces tension and supports baby's physical development. The Natural Care Center at Woodwinds offers infant massage classes.
