Logging in to LabWorks & Contacts

Internet Explorer & pop-ups

To log into LabWorks you must first be given access by your supervisor and HealthEast. LabWorks is web-based and will open in Internet Explorer. It will only work in Internet Explorer. We do not support any other browsers (for example, Firefox).

LabWorks acts as a pop-up. You should have the URL added to the pop-up settings, or turn off your pop-up blocker altogether. Google, Yahoo, and other third-party Internet Explorer toolbars are not recommended when using LabWorks.

There are multiple ways to get to the same information in Labworks. This tutorial covers just one way to get to what you need. Feel free to call with any issues or if you need us to walk through any instructions with you.

Entering your user name and password

Type in your user name. This is usually the first initial of your first name followed by your last name. For example, Tim Hanson's user name would be "thanson." 

Enter the password given to you by HealthEast. If this is your first time logging in, you will be presented with a box to change your password.  The new password must be at least six alphanumeric characters (consisting of both letters and numbers).

Selecting a site

You may be presented with a list of your LabWorks sites if you have multiple. Choose the appropriate site. If you only have access to one site you will be taken directly into LabWorks.
