What if I can’t pay my hospital bill?

Medical Assistance (Medicaid)
Our financial social workers can assist you in determining if you might be eligible for Medical Assistance or any other state or federal programs. You will need to complete a financial aid application and provide supporting documentation to determine if you qualify. We can assist you with completing the application if needed.
Funds may be available from HealthEast to assist you with your medical bills. Patients earning up to 300 percent of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines may be eligible for financial assistance. You will need to complete a financial aid (charity care) application and provide supporting documentation. We can assist you with completing an application if needed.
