Menu: Grilled Flank Steak on Focaccia with Zucchini, Smoked Gouda, and Creamed Horseradish; Sizzling Steak Fajitas with Rice, Bell Pepper and Red Onion. Flank Steak Salad with Mixed Greens, Grapes and Fig.
