This is a special 4-part seminar for caregivers of individuals with dementia. It will address issues of loss unique to dementia in a loved one.

Session 2 explores ways of living with and through losses that may be puzzling. Story telling and self-care strategies will be emphasized. The goal of this session is for participants to set boundaries to remain healthy and preserve a sense of self outside of the caregiver role.
