For your convenience, HealthEast Diabetes Care offers education at the Woodbury Clinic.

Our clinic provides wireless Internet access so you can bring your laptop computer and use the Internet onsite.

iHealth Personal Health Record
We're pleased to now offer iHealth, an online Personal Health Record, to our patients. iHealth allows you to create, manage and share (with your authorized providers) your personal health information.
When you create an iHealth record, you decide how much information you want to include — from a simple health summary to extensive medical information and health history.
You can also use iHealth to securely:
- Request, reschedule or cancel appointments
- Request lab or test results
- Send non-urgent messages to clinic staff or your clinician
- Review health information and education

Hospital affiliation
If hospitalization is necessary, our clinic patients will be seen at Woodwinds Health Campus. Individual providers may choose to admit patients to another hospital based on specific circumstances.
During your hospital stay, you will be cared for by either your regular physician or by a Woodwinds hospitalist — a doctor or nurse practitioner who specializes in caring for patients in a hospital setting.
