Welcome patients from HealthEast Salud Integral! You may continue to see Dr. Lopez, Dr. Velasco or Rebecca Barroso, or you can make an appointment with any of our providers.

Your medical record will be transitioned to the Roselawn Clinic as well, unless you notify us that you would like it transferred somewhere else.

About the clinic

HealthEast Roselawn Clinic offers complete family health care services — from obstetrics to geriatrics. Some of the services available at the clinic include x-ray, lab testing and foot care.

iHealth Personal Health Record

We're pleased to now offer iHealth, an online Personal Health Record, to our patients. iHealth allows you to create, manage and share (with your authorized providers) your personal health information.

When you create an iHealth record, you decide how much information you want to include — from a simple health summary to extensive medical information and health history.

You can also use iHealth to securely:

• Request, reschedule or cancel appointments
• Request lab or test results
• Send non-urgent messages to clinic staff or your clinician
• Review health information and education
