What’s new?

Walk-in care for kids
We now offer acute care for new and established patients up to age 20. Hours are:

• Monday through Thursday
  7:30 am to 6 pm
• Friday
  7:30 am to 4 pm

Care is provided by the board certified pediatricians and nurse practitioners of HealthEast Pediatric Care. Co-pays are the same as regular office visits. The service is only for acute illness and minor injuries, no physicals or chronic symptoms, please.

Walk-in strep screening
We now offer walk-in strep screenings to current pediatric patients. Screenings are on a walk-in basis. Hours for strep screenings are:

• Monday through Thursday,
  8:30 am to 6 pm
• Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm
  
• Saturday, 8:30 to 11 am

About the HealthEast Maplewood Clinic

The multispecialty Maplewood Clinic offers convenient care for children and adults.

Our internal medicine physicians focus on care for adults with disorders of the glands; heart and lungs; and intestinal and urinary tracts; in addition to care for chronic diseases such as diabetes and arthritis.

Our pediatric department combines primary care, consultation and teaching. Through a teaching affiliation with the University of Minnesota, the staff keep up to date on new developments in the field of pediatric medicine and share this knowledge with other physicians and medical residents. Each facet of the practice centers on caring for the health of children in the community with special emphasis on wellness and prevention.

As your primary health care clinic, we work with you to ensure you get the most from our services and other resources in the HealthEast Care System.

Hospital affiliation

If hospitalization is necessary, our clinic patients will be seen at St. John's Hospital. Individual providers may choose to admit patients to another hospital based on specific circumstances.
