Established in 1996, the clinic was created in response to the overwhelming need for services in the Highland and Macalester/Groveland areas. It has since become an integral part of the neighborhood, helping people lead healthy lifestyles.

Hospital affiliation

If hospitalization is necessary, our clinic patients will be seen at St. Joseph's Hospital. Individual providers may choose to admit patients to another hospital based on specific circumstances.
