Congratulations to Cottage Grove and Maplewood Clinics!
HealthEast Cottage Grove and Maplewood Clinics were recently recognized for their performance on care for patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Minnesota Community Measurement (MNCM), in partnership with the Bridges to Excellence program, validated 2006 data submitted by clinic sites across Minnesota. The analysis focused on four indicators of quality care for patients with CAD. Sites performing at 20% or better were recognized and awarded a financial incentive. The data is published on the MNCM web site at www.mnhealthcare.org.
