HealthEast Macalester/Groveland Clinic is relocating to a new, larger space on Grand Avenue. The new clinic will open on December 7.

New name, same excellent care

After the move, the HealthEast Macalester/Groveland Clinic will become the HealthEast Grand Avenue Clinic. Our family medicine providers, nurse-midwives and phone number will remain the same.

We're excited about the move and hope you are, too. HealthEast Grand Avenue Clinic offers the same personal, supportive family care our patients have come to rely on, in a new and updated space that will offer a more comfortable, spacious, healing environment and opportunity for a broader range of services for you and your family.
