Physical therapy at the Eagan Clinic

HealthEast Optimum Rehabilitation services are offered at the Eagan Clinic. You do not need to be an Eagan Clinic patient to be referred for care. Services include physical therapy for back and neck pain and general musculoskeletal injuries; lymphedema care; and orthotics.
