Will I see my usual doctor?
Walk-in Care is staffed by experienced clinicians from across HealthEast Clinics. While it's possible you may see your doctor, you may also be cared for by another clinician from your clinic or from a different HealthEast clinic.
No matter what HealthEast clinic or physician you usually go to, with our electronic health record, Walk-in Care will have full access to your health history and charts.
How will I be billed?
- Current patients: Walk-in Care is covered like a typical office appointment with a copay due at the time of your visit.
- New patients: Coverage will depend on your individual health care plan. Please check with your health care insurance provider.
- Self-pay patients: A deposit of $100 is due at the time of the visit and we will send a bill for the balance.
