Nia combines movements from Yoga, Tai Chi, Jazz, Modern Dance and more for any level of fitness, will give participants personal experience in the joy of movement and the benefit of relaxation.
Nia will pump your heart, lubricate your joints, release your tension, enhance your balance and tone your muscles with creative movement, mindful awareness and joyful spirit.
What to bring: Bare feet, comfortable clothes, water, yoga mat and
an open mind.
