Optimal Bone Health Exercise Program

Learn how to build and maintain strong, healthy bones. This 6-week class will teach you the best exercises to strengthen bone and how to exercise if your bones are more fragile. It will include information on nutrition, osteoporosis risk factors and exercise precautions.

The first session is mostly informational, but bring your exercise mats for an easy, short exercise program. The next 5 sessions will be spent learning and progressing your strengthening program, so bring your exercise mat and be ready to go! Class size is limited; sign up early.
