Stretched Too Thin or ADD?

Do you have feelings of low self-worth; think you should be able to do it all and feel defeated when you can't keep up? When you have a task that requires a lot of thought, do you avoid or delay getting started?

Perhaps you're simply taking on too much or could it be Attention Deficit-Disorder (ADD)? Not all ADD presents the same; some women can be hyperactive, impulsive or disorganized.

During this two-part series you'll learn:

  • The process for recognizing ADD (what it is, what it is not)
  • Conditions that can co-exist with ADD
  • The impact ADD has on a woman's developing self-image
  • How to develop strategies and techniques for managing time and attention to improving relationships
