Ready to get out and ride? Join the HealthEast bike team "The HealthE Riders," who will focus on preparing a team to ride in the MS150 in Duluth on June 12 and June 13.

Biking season is almost here! Join the HealthEast bike team "The HealthE Riders," whose focus this year will again be to prepare to ride in the MS150 on June 12 and June 13 in Duluth. This ride features two wonderful days of riding Minnesota trails and quiet country roads. It is one of the biggest MS150 rides in the country.

Most of the training rides will be on Minneapolis' and St. Paul's  paved trails: Greenway system and St Paul has the wonderful Gateway Trail. Along the way, The HealthE Riders will also join some organized rides like the Ironman Ride in Lakeville on April 25, Twin Cities MS ride on May 8, and Minneapolis Tour de Cure on June 5. Best of all, after the MS150, we keep riding!
