Personal safely and awareness is an integral part of crime prevention, and perhaps the single most important element of effective self-defense. We'll help you increase your personal safety and raise your awareness by learning crime trend information, understanding how to avoid crime and practicing self-defense moves. Dress comfortably; a light snack will be provided.
