You are invited to attend a FREE heart screening.

Health screenings generally include:

  • Total cholesterol
  • HDL ("good") cholesterol
  • Blood sugar
  • Blood pressure
  • Body mass index (BMI)
  • Results and education from HealthEast Heart Care nurses

You do not need to fast for these health screenings.
