HealthEast has created a new, unique role to help registered nurses find a position that is the "best fit" for them.

Finding your best fit

RN Placement Coordinator Patty Kelley (an RN herself) can help you navigate the HealthEast system by reviewing current openings and helping match them to your experience, interest and career goals.

She can assist by talking with you one-on-one to:

• Assess your qualifications and clinical skills
• Learn about your career goals
• Review areas that interest you
• Provide information about each site and nursing unit
• Investigate current job openings

If there is not an open position that would be a 'best fit," Patty will stay in contact and notify you when a position of interest becomes available.
