About the program

The Nursing Summer Internship program represents a collaboration between Minnesota hospitals, nursing schools and the MN Board of Nursing. It is a structured program that pairs a student who has completed his/her junior year of nursing school, with an experienced preceptor for 8 weeks. The program requires that students selected for internship positions enroll in a Nursing Internship course and pay the appropriate tuition and fees.
