HealthEast Care Connection - 651-326-CARE

HealthEast employees - and those in the community - can access all HealthEast services; receive HealthEast physician referrals; use the 24/7 nurse line for health concerns; and have questions answered about health care seminars, classes and support groups - with one simple telephone call. An audio health library is also available.

Weight management programs

HealthEast offers two weight management programs: one for adults and another for children and adolescents. Both programs are 10 weeks long.

Seated chair massage

Seated chair massage is available by both appointment and "drop-in" at most HealthEast locations. A professional, licensed massage therapist provides the seated chair massage on various dates and times.

Health club discounts

Corporate discounts are available at health clubs around the Twin Cities metro area.

Natural Care Center discounts

A discount program through the Natural Care Center, located on the Woodwinds Health Campus, allows employees and their families to receive a discount on professional services and retail products.

Walking paths

To promote health and wellness, selected HealthEast sites offer walking paths.

Tobacco-Free Options

A program for employees who are thinking about or are ready to quit smoking.

HealthEast Pharmacies

Employees are eligible for work-site delivery, discounts on selected merchandise and more.
