Medical plan

For eligible employees, medical plan options include two traditional co-pay options and two high deductible options with Health Savings Accounts (HSA). MNA nurses have two additional options.

All plan options offer preventive care and phamacy coverage. There are no pre-existing condition limitations.

Dental plan

HealthEast offers dental benefits under the Delta Dental program. This program offers a high level of benefit coverage, choice of network and out-of-network benefits. A broad range of services from diagnostic/preventive to orthodontics (for children) is covered.

Vision discount plan

An affordable vision discount program for eligible employees and their families. The plan provides a discount on eyeglasses and contact lenses.

Life insurance

Basic term life insurance is offered to all benefits eligible employees at no cost. Additional life insurance coverage for employees, spouses/domestic partners and children is available at affordable, competitive rates.

Short-term and long-term disability

HealthEast offers income replacement benefits for both short-term and long-term illnesses and injuries that may keep employees away from work. These benefits are fully paid for by HealthEast for many employee groups.

Medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts

Spending accounts allow employees to set aside money to pay for eligible, unreimbursed medical, dental, vision and dependent care expenses with tax-free dollars. Choose one or both options:

  • Health care spending account
  • Dependent care/child care spending account
