Plan designs and HealthEast's level of contribution varies by employee group.

403(b)/401(k)

HealthEast offers both a 403(b) Plan and a 401(k) Plan. All employees are eligible to participate immediately into the 403(b)/401(k) Plans. Employees can make pre-tax contributions up to 50% of their pay (legal limits apply). Certain employees are also eligible for the company match.
