“One of Our Best” Award

The "One of Our Best" recognition program was developed to recognize employees who go above and beyond at positively demonstrating HealthEast's Core Behaviors. The award is generally given monthly to the nominee selected by a designated selection committee at each site.

Harry Atwood Award

The Harry Atwood Award recognizes a HealthEast "One of Our Best" winner each year who demonstrate actions and behaviors that reflect our mission, vision, goals and core behaviors.

Employee Referral Bonus Program

Many HealthEast employees are eligible to participate in the Employee Referral Program by referring a candidate for designated positions within HealthEast Care System.

Goalsharing
